RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If the items you have ordered are not what you ordered or faulty or shortages, you must inform us within 5 days of receipt.
We unable to accept the return of jewellery items. This is in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
For all other returns except jewellery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 5 days of receiving your returns. Any refund/s authorised will be made back onto the original card used to purchase the goods. In the case of exchange customers are liable for postage cost unless the fault was ours.
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days.
It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
